KSCORE is Keller Williams’ pathway for aspiring agents to get licensed at no cost, combining Kaplan’s state-approved pre-licensing education with KW Prep’s professional development and coaching. It removes financial barriers to entering real estate and gives students a clear, supported path from their first inquiry through licensing and into their first year as an agent. The program is 100% online, self-paced, and designed to guide someone from “curious about real estate” to “ready to join a market center.”
How It Works
Apply for KSCORE
Complete a short form to start your journey. Our admin team will email you additional informant. Respond to our email with "Ready" and you’ll be enrolled in KW Prep — a mindset and career‑prep course introducing you to real estate success strategies.
Complete Your Blueprint
You'll complete module 1 and 2 of the KW Prep course. Afterwords you will fill out your Blueprint. This is your ticket to your scholarship review.
Enroll in Kaplan Real Estate School
Use your unique promo code to register for your 60‑hour Arkansas Real Estate Principles Course at no cost. You’ll have 6 months of access to complete the course and exam prep
Pass Your Exam & Join Keller Williams
Once licensed, complete your final KW Prep modules and schedule your New Agent Interview to explore opportunities with Keller Williams
