There are many support resources at Keller Williams Realty. The following resources are hyperlinked for your convenience. 

• Answers.kw.com: This website has articles on how to use all the KW technology, as well as a support ticket feature for issues with command, your website, and your app. Tech support through KW is for things like, "my leads from my ads are not pulling into command contacts." 

• KW Connect: This is your education and learning hub in Command. You can use the search feature to look for answers on specific topics or use the home page for recommended learning modules and resources.

• Command Your Business: A module-based learning page that introduces you to all the parts of Command and how to use it. 

• Scott LeRoy Marketing: Your 3rd party tech support and training company. SLM has training videos and webinars for how to use Command and email support to help you navigate Command (ie how do I add my facebook to my command for ads). They also help you set up your command marketing profile, website, and more. You can check out their website to see what they can help you with. The office password for SLM is 594, our MC number.
