Testing + Costs
Testing through Kaplan
Kaplan includes practice tests and exam prep resources.
You’ll take both the national + state exams after completing the course.
Scholarship does not cover:
Testing fees · Fingerprints · Background check · AREC application · Board dues · Brokerage fees.
You will need to save roughly $1,000 to cover these remaining costs
